How do I enroll in a Lift for Life fitness program?

We have separate inquiry forms for Veterans and New Recruits. All of interested parties can contact us directly.

Does Lift for Life offer Gym Memberships to non-military personnel?

Yes. We make a limited number of gym memberships available to the general public. Memberships to the general public are priced at $45 per month. Please contact us to sign up for a general public membership.

Can veterans continue to use the Lift for Life gym after their program is complete?

Yes. We make ongoing Lift for Life gym memberships available to Veterans at the discounted rate of $30 per month.

Can active duty military personnel use the Lift for Life gym?

Yes. Active duty military personnel are offered Lift for Life gym memberships at the discounted rate of $30 per month.

Are discounted gym memberships available to Police, Fire Fighters, and other civilian first responders?
