We provide easy to follow strength and fitness nutrition guidelines.

We’ll take you through your workout to show you proper form and equipment use.

Our coaches are available to answer questions and keep you on track.

We’ll have monthly consultations to track your progress and stay on course.

Available Programs

Lift for Life supports Veterans in a number of ways that fit their lifestyle and fitness goals. We offer programs for weight loss, power lifting, bodybuilding and more.

 

Commitment Required

If you’ll commit to yourself, Lift for Life will commit to you. We ask participants to workout a minimum of three times per week. Of course, we encourage and welcome our veterans to work out as much as they like.
